About prices. We’re confirming the current prices with the platform, so this page doesn’t list amounts yet. Each plan’s price is shown on the payment page, before you pay. Boosts and Super Matches are paid add-ons for VIP+.

Paid plans: some renew automatically until you cancel, and refunds are limited. The official Terms & Conditions (sections 2, 3, 4 and 23) set out the rules.

Why aren’t the prices listed here?

We’re confirming the current prices with the platform, so this page doesn’t list amounts yet. The payment page shows the price of each plan before you pay.

Do paid plans renew automatically?

Some do. The Terms say some plans renew until you cancel and are billed at the rate you signed up for. Renewal and cancelling are covered in sections 3 and 4 of the Terms.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time, through support or the chat bot. Your benefits last until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your profile stays. Help & contact says how.

What about refunds?

Section 23 of the Terms sets out the refund policy. Read it before you pay.
