How Bi Friends works: from first flirt to first date
Join free, say what you’re after and who you’d like to meet, flirt on the site, and meet when you both want to. Here is what’s there to use.
Say it, flirt, then meet
Everyone starts by saying who they’d like to meet and what they’re after, whether that’s a casual date, something longer or just a chat. The matches and filters work from there.
From the first message to the first date you decide how far it goes. Before you meet, read the first-date, protection and consent guidance.
On your phone or your computer
Bi Friends works in a desktop browser and as a mobile web app you can add to your phone’s home screen. Native iPhone and Android apps are available in selected markets.
How matches are suggested
Daily match suggestions draw on a broad set of things, including age range, gender identity and preferences, how close people are, how recently and how often they’re active, the kind of relationship someone wants, lifestyle choices such as drinking and smoking, and niche interests. The site supplies the suggestions; what you put on your profile, and what you say, does the rest.
Making a first move
On Classic, messaging is capped each day, but you can always read and reply to messages from VIP and VIP+ members. VIP removes the cap. VIP+ members can also use Super Match, a paid add-on: a highlighted message that the person you send it to will always see first.
