Common questions
How do I cancel a paid plan?
Contact support or ask the chat bot, and you’ll be sent an email with a link to the cancellation process. You keep your benefits until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Cancelling doesn’t delete your profile. This is section 4 of the Terms.
How do I delete my profile?
Follow the instructions on your Membership page, as section 4 of the Terms explains.
How do I report a member or content?
From inside the site, or through the contact form under “Report a member”. Section 25 of the Terms covers the complaints and content removal process.
What about refunds?
Section 23 of the Terms sets out the refund policy, including the places where special terms apply.
Someone is using my images without my consent
Choose that category in the contact form. Section 25 of the Terms covers content removal.
